Salem Theatre Company
The uneasy existence of Agnes and Tobias and their permanent houseguest, Agnes’ witty alcoholic sister Claire, is disrupted by the sudden appearance of lifelong family friends Harry and Edna, who ask to stay with them to escape an unnamed terror.
A large abstract painting is the only set piece, which, along with furniture, creates the upper middle class living space on the intimate Salem Theatre Company stage.
